At Mini Museum, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique collectibles. If your item isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure safe transit back to our facility.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
